  • This is the service for those who would like a fully hands off approach, we will handle everything from staging the property for photography, through to advertising on all major travel agents – and full guest communication + handover throughout the stay, linen & laundry will also be taken care of to ensure the guest experience and operation is optimal.

PART

  • We will take care of everything up to the point of check in – Photography, advertisement, marketing of the property and dynamic pricing, ensuring your property is up with those that are top performing – attracting the right guests and optimising the occupancy.

Guaranteed rent

  • You will receive a pre agreed, guaranteed monthly rental income from the property, we will fully manage the serviced accommodation free of charge in addition to the rental guarantee meaning no gaps, zero fees and a dedicated manager.
